no internet for the past day or two; we're 'borrowing' the neighbors until next Saturday when ours is installed. I have never been so exhausted or broke in my entire life. I've been more tired, and I've been more broke, but never all at once. My first payday comes on Monday and I am so. damn. excited.
I'm thinking I'll probably take pictures of more things to come...
New list of things I love:
1. 99 cent stores. I seriously wander around the one by my house for hours a week.
2. Free bagel Fridays at Progress High School
3. The different ways to say 'I love you' in Latin American countries. My teacher-friends are from Puerto Rico, Colombia, and the DR, and I love it when they get into these conversations about our language differences.

ReplyDeleteBroke and tired? Yes I hear that!!! Good thing the DOE is doing an excellent job at training me to be a certified Magician instead of a teacher because my latest trick is paying bills from Aug 1 until Oct 1 with no paycheck! :-)
